We also cater events in Adams & York County in Southern Pennsylvania, Washington DC and Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax and Loudoun County in Northern Virginia. For Parties Of Less Than 50 Guests, And Additional Charge Will Be Added.  25 Guest Minimum For Most Menus CATERING POLICY An Event is not confirmed & scheduled on our calendar until a signed contract & deposit are received.   Deposits are non-refundable, unless event is canceled at least 60 days in advance. Changes made to the contract within 7 days of the scheduled event, may be subject to additional charges. Final guest count is due to the office the Friday, one week before your scheduled event. (Example, if your event is scheduled for a Saturday, your guest count is due to the office the Friday 8 days before) If the guest count is not received by that date, your invoice will be calculated on the current guest count on file. Once final guest count is given, you will be sent a final invoice. Final payment is due to the office at least 3 business days before the scheduled date of the event. Food, beverage and rental charges are subject to a 6% Maryland Sales Tax Pricing & Menu Choices Subject To Change
