Bar will be open upon guest arrival and will serve until thirty minutes before scheduled end time of event.

Salerno's staff reserves the right to refuse service to any guest that is under 21 years of age, who does not have a valid ID upon request, is disorderly, or a guest who appears to have been served enough.

Set up charge may be added to events not at our location

For events with host provided alcohol, Salerno's can not handle or serve. 

Host is responsible to supply all necessary bar items- mixers, garnish, ice, glassware, etc.

Salerno's does not provide bar service only.  Bar service can only be added to our catering services.  Food menu minimums may be applied

 

 

 

CATERING POLICY 50 Guest count minimum for formal menus.  An Event is not confirmed & scheduled on our calendar until a signed contract & deposit are received Signing the contract/quote & submitting deposit is an agreement to use Salerno's Catering services. The contents of the contract/quote (menu items, rental items, services, location, time, etc) can be changed, added to, etc. Contract/quote/menu should be finalized at least 3 weeks before the scheduled event date Deposits are non-refundable, unless event is canceled at least 60 days in advance. Changes made to the contract within 7 days of the scheduled event, may be subject to additional charges. Final guest count is due to the office the Friday, 1 week before your scheduled event. (i.e.-If your event is scheduled for a Saturday, your guest count should be to the office the 8 days before the scheduled date) If the guest count is not received by that date, your invoice will be calculated on the current guest count on file. Once final guest count is given, you will be sent a final invoice. Final payment is due to the office at least 3 business days before the scheduled date of the event.
